at the college of Technology must initially complete the full Admissions
Applications. Please note that the Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse program requires an additional application process.

must complete the appropriate program application form:

Health Form to be considered for a spot in the
Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse program. Please note that students may need
to or choose to retake the Compass Reading exam.
