and preparation to manage computers and software programs. So consider
joining in this process of proving your skills by taking one of
the many certification tests offered at the College of Technology.
The COT is an approved testing site for many certification areas.

ACE, PONSI, Military Credit
Students may have already earned credit through work-site
training or government-sponsored workshops or military experience.
If students have certificates or other documentation which
states that the American Council on Education (ACE) or the
National Program on Non-Collegiate Sponsored Instruction (PONSI)
assess that training, credit may be available for coursework
for which there are equivalencies in the MSU Billings curriculum.
Military credit is assessed from the DD 214, DD 295 or the
military transcript.
Contact Sarah Brockel, Admissions & Records, at 657-1747,
for questions about this type of training or for military
credit transcription.
